The Northeast Chapter of REFORMA, the National Association to Promote Library & Information Services to Latinos and the Spanish Speaking, is for those living or working in the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island. REFORMA is committed to the improvement of library and information services for the approximately 28 million Spanish-speaking and Hispanic people of the United States.
