ISMAEL ALICEA PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD COMMITTEE
Encourages every member of the REFORMA Northeast Chapter (RNE) to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to participate in the American Library Association Annual Conference. It was established to increase professional development and continue active participation in the RNE chapter.

JOINT MINI-CONFERENCE COMMITTEE
Plans, develops, implements and executes the annual event; this includes choosing the location, coordinating the logistics, preparing the theme and proposal for the event, and making contact with librarians from the ALA ethnic caucuses.

LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE COMMITTEE
Explores leadership through the practice of community engagement and intersectional-collaborative leadership in public service, sharing knowledge on how to build community projects for local and international audiences.

LILLIAN MARRERO COMMITTEE
Encourages library science students who are committed to serving the Latino community by providing financial assistance, and to help recruit and nurture more diverse and multilingual staff.

MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Oversees recruitment and retention of members, and overall "legacy building." Develops promotional literature explaining purpose and goals of REFORMA to be distributed to the membership.

TERESA MLAWER LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD
