The REFORMA Northeast Chapter (RNE) ​Judith Rivas Mini-Grant is a $500 grant awarded to a RNE library that wishes to apply for funds to work on a special project that benefits the Latino/Spanish speaking community within the Northeast Chapter region. The REFORMA Northeast Chapter region includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
